Delete your XO Companion account
Users of the XO Companion app can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
- After signing in, the app provides a secure account deletion request action that submits the request to XO Support with authentication.
- Outside the app, deletion can be initiated from this web resource by email at any time. Include the email address of your XO account so we can verify identity.
- Before final removal, Fiducia Domo GmbH checks statutory retention duties, marketplace audit obligations, and open support or security cases.
This deletion resource applies to the XO Companion app and developer Fiducia Domo GmbH.

After a fixed deal, contact details are released only to the direct counterparties of that specific deal.
Released contact and account data may only be used for deal execution, support, and legally required processing.
Forwarding that data to uninvolved third parties is not allowed without consent or a legal obligation.
XO does not sell personal data and does not sell third-party advertising inventory based on personal user data.
Anonymized or aggregated marketplace, security, and usage data may be used for product improvement, statistics, trend analysis, and internal market communication.
External marketing use involving identifiable users, logos, case studies, or quotes requires separate consent.
